Hello dog lovers!

GVRD crews spent hours this morning combing through the compost and collecting glass, bits of tile, PVC pipe and who knows what else!  Thanks go out to the GVRD staffers who worked hard cleaning up the mess.  Please be aware though that there are probably more chunks of stuff out there.  Please grab an extra bag to pick up any pieces and throw them away so the paws of pups don't get hurt.  Thanks!"

Did you know that the dog & skate park are the most heavily used parks in all of Vallejo? That our dog park is a model for many communities trying to create their own dog park? Why is it so successful? In part the GVRD in creating and maintaining it but also because of you! All of you park users out in the community talking about the dog park. All of you when in the park keeping the peace, picking up the poop and creating a community that you desire.
